Returns Policy
We aim to give as accurate sizing information and product representations as possible. No refunds can be given if you order the wrong size or change your mind about an order.
While we take great care to properly protect orders, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
If a product is faulty or differs to that ordered, contact us at
returns@thisissomethingelse.com. Refunds and exchanges can only be given if the product is returned
with the original invoice. Please check your order carefully upon receiving it.
Accounts
You are not required to become a member of the store in order to buy from us. You will, however, be asked to provide necessary information upon checking out.
Payment
This is Something Else uses PayPal's payment gateway to process payments. No financial information is collected by this site and we cannot be held responsible for errors that may occur during processing.
